Founded officially in 2026 but active since 2020, we have spent 7 years across 20+ countries empowering over 300,000 citizens. We believe that democracy is not a "one-size-fits-all" model, but a living practice — one that thrives when governments are accountable and citizens are active.

Our Commitment to Transparency
Our Commitment to Transparency
At Accountable Democracy, we practice what we preach. We aim to be as transparent as the institutions we support.
How funds are used: 85% of donations go directly to project implementation and citizen empowerment. 15% covers essential operational costs and digital infrastructure.
Tax Information: Please note that Accountable Democracy MTÜ is not currently on the Estonian Tax Board’s list of tax-exempt non-profits. Donations are not tax-deductible at this time, but they are deeply appreciated and fully utilized for our mission.
Reporting: Since we are so young (founded in 2026) our annual economic reports will be available for public review to ensure every Euro is accounted for starting in February 2027 at the end of the first financial year.
